I'm getting back into walking now that it's spring and it feels great. The more I read about it, the more I'm learning it really is the best workout. You just have to do it briskly, not stroll.

Walking has been a game-changer for me too, especially now that the weather?s nice. I?ve been making an effort to pick up the pace, and it really does feel like a solid workout. It?s great for clearing your head, plus it?s easy on the joints. I noticed my energy levels have been better, and I?m sleeping more soundly since I started walking more briskly.
