    I'm getting back into walking now that it's spring and it feels great. The more I read about it, the more I'm learning it really is the best workout. You just have to do it briskly, not stroll.

    Make sure you're swinging your arms to really bring your walking up to cardio level for your upper and lower body at the same time.

      Even 15 minutes of brisk walking can make a difference. If you can do it twice to get a half hour, that's great. If not, even 15 minutes is good.

        I've really gotten into walking since the weather has been getting nicer. It feels so good to be out there in the daylight and mild weather. Sometimes I feel like I could just walk forever when I'm out there. This makes it so easy to get active again!

          I agree. It doesn't even take a long time. just a few minutes of walking already get your heart rate up. I'm enjoying the days with great weather more too.

            Walking has been a game-changer for me too, especially now that the weather?s nice. I?ve been making an effort to pick up the pace, and it really does feel like a solid workout. It?s great for clearing your head, plus it?s easy on the joints. I noticed my energy levels have been better, and I?m sleeping more soundly since I started walking more briskly.
