  • How do you make time for exercise?

    I live a very busy life and I work long hours, so getting in exercise can be hard at the best of times. Does anyone have tips on how I can make exercising easier? Or how I can incorporate it into my day?

    Exercising can be tough when you lead a busy lifestyle because when you're finished working and/or running around for the day, the last thing you want to do is do more running around, so to speak lol. Simple ways that you can incorporate a bit of exercise into your day is to do little things like if you can walk to a destination instead of driving - walk. If you must drive, park as far away from a building entrance as possible to force yourself to walk that little bit extra. If you sit at a desk, get up and stretch and walk around ever hour. Invest in a treadmil or other stationary machine and do some cycling, walking or running in your home while you watch you favorite show. Hope those help :D

      Thanks! I've actually followed a couple of your tips and they've been working pretty well, especially the treadmill at home one! I do have a few favorite TV programs that I watch in the evening and I've found that I can comfortably watch them and do my workout at the same time :D I'm very happy with this and I have no idea why I never thought about doing this before haha
