I would really love to go to my local gym or community center that offers workout classes and fitness classes but all of the ones that I see in the marketing pamphlets all look like they are so intense. They are all very excited descriptions but it makes me feel like it’s too much and I won’t be able to do it. I don’t want to embarrass myself. How do I know if a class will be good for me without having to sign up and end up wasting a lot of money because I don’t end up going? Can anyone help me out with this?
