    Can someone tell me about the types of exercises that I can do that will help me to burn off fat from my butt and thighs and tone those muscles? I really need to lose weight in those areas. I have lost weight but it is there that I have the most problem. Can someone tell me the workouts I have to do? I already walk a lot but I need something more.

    There are lots of things that you can do to tone the muscles. When it comes to burning fat, there isn’t really anything that you can do to actually target the specific area. When you lose weight, you just lose it all over your body and there is no way to control that. But you can tone up the muscles in your butt and thighs by doing things like leg lifts and pilates. That means that when you do lose weight, the result will be even better.

      I think that the best kind of workout for your legs is when you help someone you know to move. If you are picking up heavy boxes all day and walking them around your legs really get a workout from that.

        Keep up a very good regular cardio program – like walking for 45 minutes every day – and then do floor workouts that use yoru own body’s resistance to challenge the various muscles in the groups you want. The floor work is just toning. It’s the cardio that will burn the fat.
