  • high intensity vs low intensity workout

    Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a high intensity workout and a low intensity workout? Is high intensity better for weight loss? If so, can anyone do it? I’m obviously not a fitness expert but I’m trying to inform myself so I can make some good choices.

    Hi intensity means pushing yoruself to the limit like running hard. Low intensity means challenging but not as hard as you can. Like a brisk walk is low intensity.

            I think I'm now getting high/low intensity and high/low impact mixed up. Are they the same?
