  • Switch up your exercises

The best way to keep your exercises working for you is not to do the same ones every day.

It's also a great way to make sure that you can still exercise every day but still give the body enough time to heal up and repair. I walk every day except one and i like to do some strength training, too, so I do abs two days a week, buns and thighs two days a week, and arms two days a week. I can either align it with when I walk so that I have a day off, or I can stagger it all.

I find that I have to switch up my exercises automatically because if I don't, I end up finding that I get too good at somethign and then it's not challenging anymore. if I want to keep progressing I really have to keep changing up what I do.

can anyone give some good examples that don't need a lot of equipment? I don't have a swimming pool avaialble and I got hit by a car riding my bike once so I don't do that anymore. Any ideas?
