I know that if you want to drop pounds, ultimately it's about reducing the amount of calories you eat. That said, if you engage in exercise, too, can this lead to faster weight loss or is exercise only about building muscle, flexibility and stamina?

How quickly you lose weight depends on your size, your age, your gender, etc. It also depends on what you eat, how much you move and how much you lift and how committed you are to all these things. Diet pills can help you but they won't lead to faster weight loss.

Anyway, Nelly I agree with the others who say that exercise can lead to faster weight loss. Especially if you keep up with regular cardio and engage in regular strength training. Essentially as long as you don' let your exercise plateau you'll keep losing and not just maintaining.

You can lose weight fast with exercise. I mean, think about it. If you're cutting back on calories through your diet and then you add more fat burning into the mix through exercise, it's a win-win! That said, your diet truly is key when it comes to losing weight as quickly and effectively as possible.

Hi,
One best way to drop weight quickly is tocut back sugars and starches, or carbohydrates for sure. This could be with planning a low carb diet or by reducing refined carbs and replacing them with whole grains. When you do that, your hunger levels go down, and you generally end up eating fewer calories.
According to surveys and recent experts, losing <2 pounds (0.45?0.9 kg) per week is a healthy and safe ratio, while losing more than this is considered too fast. However, you may lose more than that during your first week of an exercise or diet plan.
Thanks
