I just read about a new study that said that while exercise and eating habits are both very important, but it’s more important to focus on what you’re eating than it is to focus on exercising. The study said that dieters who know that both of those things are important will almost inevitably place more of a focus on one or the other instead of both. Those that focused on the exercise most lost less weight than those who focused on eating lower calories etc.
