I have a bit of a hectic work schedule and I find that I can't always exercise at the same time every day. I still exercise, but i do it at different times. Will this hurt my weight loss efforts? Would i lose more weight if I exercised at the same time every day?

I don't think you would lose more weight if you exercised at the same time every day. I think the only real benefit to exercising at the same time every day is that you're more likely to do it. Honestly, if you can't workout at the same time every day, as long as you get a workout in, you're good!

Okay good! I'm glad that you agree with that. I was hoping that it shoudn't really matter when I exercise, as long as I do it. I really wish I could do it at the same time daily but my work schedule is haywire and i just can't. At least not for now.
