    I was just listening to the radio and I found out that exercising too much is worse for you than they once thought. Researchers discovered that if you take part in INTENSE exercise for more than an hour every single day, you’ll actually do damage to your heart.
    They didn’t mean just regular exercising, like walking for an hour or doing pilates or something like that, but if you’re sprinting or using the machines at the gym at full force for more than an hour, you’ll increase your chances of heart fibrosis (or something like that…you might want to look that up, I think that’s what I heard).
