    I walk with my mp3 player on but that’s not very unique. What other ways are there to make exercising fun?

    Get a buddy. If you work out with someone else, you'll be more likely to get out there and do it than you would if you were on your own.

      Don't do the same exercises every day. That way, you won't get bored with the ones that you like, and you'll keep things fresh.

        Make it a part of your daily schedule. It's just a necessary element like eating, sleeping, washing, etc.
