  • What diet works best?

I'm thinking of taking proactol and I know that it works best when you combine it with diet and exercise. What diet would be best with this particular pill. I'd like to know since both Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming up.

I'd say one that is low in calories (not too low, maybe 1,500 or slightly more per day but under 2,000) and walking at least 30 - 60 minutes per day - every day.

That said, to really know how many calories you should be ingesting, it helps to know how many you should be consuming a day based on your gender, age and current weight compared to how much weight you'd like to lose in a month. A Fitness tracker can help you figure that out.

Thanks. Maybe I'll look into a fitness tracker. I'm actually glad that you said that I should be getting less than 2,000 calories per day but not under 1,500 that seems pretty manageable and gives me a general idea of where I should be :)

Mediterranean all the way. I swear this diet makes the most logical sense to me. Even if you don't follow it to the letter it will give you really good ideas if you want to create your own diet based on it. Combine what you follow or what you create with regular exercise and your good to go!
