Side effects?

What are the side effects associated with proactol? Are they mild or are there some serious once that users should be on the look out for? I want to make sure I'm choosing the best OTC diet pill for me. Thanks :)

Some side effects include digestive issues, appetite loss, unwanted gas, loose stool, bloating, and abdominal cramps. These are the most common. It's probably likely that there are others, but it seems like the biggest risk when taking this pill is that it will give you an upset belly.

Most of the side effects have to do with gastrointestinal issues. If you don't take this pill right or if you are sensitive to it, you might want to say close to a toilet

I've heard that mild headaches and increased heart rate can be a side effect for some people. That said, from what I've read, this pill has a pretty low risk of side effects, so that always sounds like good news to me.

Thank you for all of your input. I guess I shouldn't find it surprising that there is a potential for gastrointestinal side effects, since this pill is supposed to be a fat blocker.
