  • Opuntia ficus-indica fiber in proactol

I’ve heard of opuntia ficus-indica fiber in a lot of pills that have bad reviews. Is it better in proactol or is it just the same as the rest?

I don't think there's much to this. It's the water that causes the temporary appetite suppression. You may as well just drink the water.

It probably wouldn't do any harm, regardless of if it works

But why waste money on it if it doesn't work?

That's exactly it! It's only worth it if you can benefit

At least if it doesn't do any harm then it's still a lot better than a lot of the other products that are out there. I'm certainly not saying that this is a good ingredient but at least if it doesn't hurt you or lead to side effects then it's a step above a lot of the competition. It's a real statement about the industry, though, when it's a relief just because it doesn't hurt.
