  • what's the best alternative

What is the best alternative to proactol cause I can't find this product anywhere anymore.

That's a tough one. It really depends on the type of support you're looking for? Like, are you hoping to block fat, boost energy, suppress appetite, etc.? I'm only asking because usually the best option is the one that targets and helps you with your challenges. Most diet pills don't cover all areas and typically focus only on one or two of them. For instance, while you may find a good appetite suppressor and energy booster, this pill isn't likely to block fat, too.

I think the best alternative to proactol is pretty much anything LOL. It never really was a great product. It's like hydroxycut. It's commercially popular (or it was) but there isn't any real science behind the formula.

I agree. There are plenty of better products on the market that were and are better than proactol. I would forget about the product if I were you, focus on the type of support you're looking for and then find a quality product from a reputable company based on those facts. .

Look for a diet pill that has a limited number of ingredients and is developed by a reputable American company. Investigate the ingredients to see if any of the claims made about them are potentially true and then read some reviews about the product. If it looks good, you're not allergic to anything, and you think it might help you, that's that the best alternative to proactol.

I was going to say the same thing. The best alternative is really whatever will be best for you, not for someone else or even what may be trending. Really think about what it is that you want out of a diet pill and think about what ingredients you like, believe in or want to try and make sure that you're not allergic to them and that they are safe for you to take. If you're really not sure, talk to your doctor about your options.

I guess that really does make the most sense. I never thought about it that way but you're right. I suppose I should just have a look at the ingredients. I just never really know what will or will not work, you know? I tend to follow the hype, which I know isn't the best or safest way to choose a diet pill. I just wish I could trust when stuff is recommended as the "Best", you know?

I know this is a late answer, but better late than never. You might still be looking? Have you tried Fenfast? It's what I"m using right now. It's good for all-around general support to your diet. You still have to make eating changes and exercise, it just makes it easier, that's all.
