What would you guys say are the best herbal ingredients on the weight loss market? I know that none are proven, but which ones have you tried that you seem to have found work for you.

I think it's green tea. This isn't just because it has caffeine in it. I also think it's Eccg (?) properties are highly beneficial to your metabolism. Other than that though, I can't really think of a herbal ingredient that I'd say is great. I suppose the question is what are you hoping the herbal ingredients will do for you (e.g. burn fat, suppress appetite, etc.).

If you want appetite suppression, for instance, you might try garcinia cambogia, hoodia or african mango. I"m not saying that any of these would work, but they are believed to do this. That said, I have to agree that I've really only ever heard good things about caffeine and green tea.
