OK, I think I have to defend the diet pill which I am currently using. It is (in my own opinion) the best diet pill as I have lost 2lbs per week since I have used it. Adipex is a wonder weight loss medicine for me. It kinda suppresses my appetite so that I do not often feel hungry unlike before. I have read online that it simply stimulates the hypothalamus gland ( an area of our brain that controls hunger) so that we often feel fuller. furthermore, it is so easy to follow. I only need to religiously take the pill accompanied with proper diet and exercise in order to see good results.
