The difference is that for phentraminD, you do not need a physician's prescription. It does not contain any ingredients deemed harmful by the USDF so you can buy it over the counter and don't need to be monitored by your doctor while taking it.

also, phentramin-d doesn't have the dangerous side effects connected with using it like phentermine does. Phentermine has a lot of possible side effects and it can't be used by people taking some other medications or that have some medical conditions. Still, the weight loss results for using both are pretty much the same
