I know that since Phentramin-d has stimulants in it that it should help to increase fat burning, but will it also help you to be better at exercising?

It may help your exercise in that you may have more stamina or energy to feel motivated to complete your exercises or go that little extra distance you wouldn't typically go (ex. you go for a 30 minute walk instead of a 20 minute walk). So in a way it has the potential to improve your exercise performance, but ultimately what you do with the extra energy you get is up to you.

I guess if you get an energy boost from it it has the potential to help you stay more motivated when you do exercise so you don't quit or take the lazy way out, but beyond that I don't think it'll do much. Who knows, if you believe it does, maybe it will.
