If all I'm after is appetite suppression are these pills still good to take or should I be focused on something else? I don't really have an energy issues and I'm good with sticking to my workouts.

Should you take these pills if you don't need the energy?

I probably wouldn't take diet pills with stimulants if you don't need help with energy. I mean, why add more if you don't need it right? Maybe try a pill with another type of ingredient that may potentially help with appetite suppression. At the very least, choose a pill that has minimal stimulants, like only green tea, and not caffeine anhydrous, too, if you know what I mean.

I guess what you really need to ask yourself is what drew you to wanting to take these pills in the first place. Was it the energy that they provide or something else? That said, if you do take the, I'd recommend that you avoid taking high contents of caffeine with it.

I would say that if you already have enough energy and if you are sensitive to stimulants (or you already have enough in your daily diet 400 mg max) you should probably avoid this diet pill and others that contain stimulants to provide energy boosting. Technically they may be able to help you control your appetite, but if you're already maxed out on stimulants in your daily diet, then there is a chance that taking stimulant diet pills may not be worth the potential benefits they may provide due to the increase of unpleasant side effects that can result from subjecting your body to too many stimulants.
