  • best alternative to phentermine

What is the best alternative to phentermine? Is it an herbal pill or another kind of chemical? Is it possible to replicate that type of drug but in the nonprescription world?

It depends on what you respond to the most. Phentermine is a stimulant so to mimic its effects without a prescription, you will need to find another stimulant based product. The thing is, you have to get one with the right balance or you'll end up with all side effects and no weight loss.

Some people are saying that the best alternative to phentermine is just to drink a large glass of room temperature (or even slightly warm) water with a bit of lemon juice in it about 15 to 30 minutes before you eat. It will help to shrink your appetite and get your metabolism moving early.

That's true but it doesn't really replicate phentermine

If you're looking for something other than phentermine but that provides the same benefits then you should look for a pill that is based on an appropriate amount of the right stimulant and that has that stimulant supported by clinically studied ingredients. You'll need something that suppresses the appetite and increases energy levels. You'll also probably benefit from a raised metabolism benefit, too.

What kind of stimulants are safe? I've heard a lot of bad things about guarana, for example. But I think that caffeine must be safe because it's in so many normal foods and drinks. Can anyone suggest the types of stimulant ingredients to look for?
