I know. It's really annoying that companies can't just stick to using one name. I mean look at synephrine, it can be called bitter orange or citrus aurantium and any number of other names. To make things even more confusing synephrine isn't actually bitter orange, it is the naturally occurring stimulant that exists in bitter orange....bitter orange also contains other stimulants like octopamine. I wish they plainly stated what was in stuff (especially stimulants) and told you how much it was. Even green tea. I know it contains only a small amount of caffeine, but I still want to know how much. It matters.

It would be nice if companies were more clear about the ingredients in their products and provided the exact amounts they use so you can take this information and research it more if this matters to you. I don't know if this product lists how much caffeine it has in it. If you can't find out though, you could always email the company and ask them to provide you with the information.
