  • What is the best diet to follow

I was thinking about taking Phentramin-D, but i really want to get the most out of it. What diet would be the best to follow when taking this diet pill so that I can see top results the fastest? No fasting, detoxing or extreme diet recommendations please. I'm looking for practical suggestions.

Any diet that promotes healthy eating, portion control and is low (but not too low) in calories.

That is good to know, but a little too general haha. Based on what you said above, is there a diet you can recommend that would tick off all these boxes?

Maybe the keto diet? I've heard good things about that one for weight loss.

Nah don't go Keto. You will see weight loss, but it's hard to maintain your weight loss once you no longer follow it because it limits carbs way too much. I would pick something more like Mediterranean or plant based. So not necessarily vegetarian, but a diet that focuses on more whole grains, fruits and vegetables and less on high fatty, trans-fatty foods.

I agree. Avoid Keto, Atkinis and any other diet that essentially makes you think that carbs are the enemy. Healthy dieting is about the right balance, not drastically eliminating one thing over the other. Start with the Mediterranean. If you can make those changes, you'll be on the right track.

I say start with Step, DASH, Mediterranean or Nordic. Essentially a diet that is about eating healthy without too much restriction and that also promotes exercise.

The MIND diet and volumetrics are also good choices. Even the Nordic diet!
