I’ve tried Phentramin-D but now I’m seeing Phenteramin around. Is there a difference between the two? I like the first one but I’m always open to trying new ones if they’ll work.

Any advice/info?

I think they work in a very similar way. They're both designed to supress the appetite so that it's easier to eat less food when you're dieting. They both also give an energy boos to help out with exercising, which is also a part of a good healthy weight loss diet.

So in my mind, since they're both made by good ocmpanies, they're pretty similar. It's likely a matter of what worsk best for the individual, instead of one being actually better than the other one.

hello i have a perscription to phen from the doc and i have started it 3 days ago . im wondering what amount do you take ? i have 15 mg and it dosnt seem to really work that well .. also my doc never said anything about what i should do for a diet to help make this work ,, do you have any tips ??? please let me know im trying to get on a plan but have nooooo idea where to start..

The first thing you should do is get back to your doctor and get some instructions for your diet and exercise program. Follow the label on the bottle that should tell you exactly how much to take every day. If you don't understand it, ask your pharmacist. Don't take this drug without knowing what you're doing from a professional or you could really hurt yourself.
