I've heard a lot of really great stuff about hoodia and how it suppresses the appetite. That sounds like an awesome way to make dieting a lot faster and easier. But I also know that there are a lot of fakes out there and that you are only supposed to have one specific kind of hoodia to be effective. But how do you know? They all say hoodia!

Probably if you talk to your doctor or pharmacist, they could tell you they can recommend a product with hoodia that is the real thing. I heard that those ones were a lot more expensive than most of the ones on the store shelves that are mostly fakes or don't have enough of the hoodia to work

I'm finding this too hard. I think I'm going to look into another type of pill instead. I wanted to use hoodia because I'd heard such good things about it being an effective appetite suppressant and I wanted to go "all natural" but now I'm reading about Phentramin D and it looks like it works way better. I'm not sure yet. If anyone can suggest a great hoodia product that is pure, please do. Otherwise, that's where I'm gonig next.

Yes if you are going to go the non prescription route go for Phentramin and forget hoodia. Too many scams out there that call themselves hoodia but really you need a very specific part of the plant for it to be effective for weight loss and even if they use some part of the plant they can still call themselves hoodia.

I really don't think that hoodia is what it's cracked up to be. There is so much scam associated with it that i wouldn't trust it as far as I could throw it. Even with the real deal, there still haven't been any conclusive medical studies that have shown that it is actually effective for weight loss. I'd go with what so many other people in this thread have recommended - phentramin D. At least you know it's safe and it works.
