Does appetite suppressing really work for weight loss? I mean, does it actually make your appetite so small that it makes a difference that is big enough that you will actually lose weight, or is it just a gimmick that makes it seem like something is happening when really you’re eating all the same junk and you’re not actually going to lose anything?

about the eating choices you make. You won’t be driven by hunger so it’s easier to avoid fat and sugar.

It does work if it actually happens. When something suppresses your appetite, it doesn't remove all of your hunger, but it does make it easier for you to eat less, so it's easier to eat smaller portions. It also makes it easier for you to adopt healthier low-cal eating habits without feeling like your starving after you eat. However, the trouble is finding something that actually suppresses your appetite. There are a lot of diet supplements and pills on the market that don't actually work that way, so there is no benefit.

It certainly can work! However, I don't know if you'll get the effective appetite suppression your want from Hoodia. If you actually want the benefits of hunger control, I would recommend you pick a diet pill that will actually work, like one that contains caffeine anhydrous. I've never had any luck with Hoodia.
