  • Garcinia cambogia appetite suppression

Is garcinia cambogia an appetite suppressant or is it now used to block fat. I get so confused about what the claims are regarding this herb.

I think the claims are that it can help inhibit the digestion of a certain amount of fat, it supposedly helps with appetite suppression and it's a fat burner. I think it's a load of bull. Not only is there no real scientific evidence to back up these claims, but any time an ingredient is supposed to be that beneficial, it's almost always a crock!

I personally wouldn't listen to any of the claims involving this herb. The fad associated with this herb has really lead to a lot of false claims and claims that just can't be substantiated.

If you really want an appetite suppressant, maybe try something with saffron? Isn't that one supposed to be good for that?

I think there has been some research about saffron and appetite suppression. Unproven of course, but I think it may be better than garcinia cambogia for appetite suppression. Other ones you can look into are African Mango and maybe apple cider vinegar?

I don't thing any of those are good for weight loss though. Sometimes, it's not jut a matter if something is able to suppress your appetite, but how much it suppresses it and whether or not you can use this to your advantage. I don't think there is anything on the market that suppresses your appetite enough to make a different for weight loss. That's the problem.

I disagree, I think there are things that can suppress your appetite (what might work for someone else might not work for you, etc.), but the problem is that you need to be committed to using this to your advantage. You've got to choose not to over-eat, over-snack and watch your calorie limits as well as engage in regular physical exercise, otherwise, it's really not going to benefit you. It's like you might have all the money in the world, but if you don't make the right investments and choose to just be lazy and blow it all, you'll lose it. Actions always matter. Support only goes so far. At the end of the day it's what you do with what you've got that matters to your goals.
