  • Does appetite suppression help weight loss

I know that a lot of diet pills focus on suppressing the appetite to help with weight loss, but does that actually work? I mean, even if you’re not as hungry, you could still eat a bunch of fried things and end up gaining weight, despite the fact that you’re technically not eating as much.

So is appetite suppression the way to go with diet pills?

It can work really well if you are dedicated to using it properly. You still have to change the foods you eat to get your calories down. The point is that you won't feel like you're starving by cutting back.

Yes! If you're not hungry, the food choices you make are a lot smarter and they're smaller, too. It's way easier when you're listening to your brain, not your belly.

appetite suppressants can be really useful but they're not a solution to an eating issue. It's a tool to help you to stick to the rules that you know you should follow. It doesn' tmean you can just keep eating the same as you always have and just depend on the pill to make you eat less. It doesn't work like that.
