Alternative to hoodia that works

I don’t personally believe in hoodia’s claims, but is there another natural over the counter ingredient that will work as an appetite suppressant?

I think that caffeine is a really good natural appetite suppressant as long as you take the right amount and don't overdo it or underdo it. Also, drinking lots of water can really help caffeine and can work on its own to a certain degree, too.
