If I want a dietary supplement that functions like an appetite suppressant and Hoodia sucks, what other ingredients should I look for instead?

While jitters are a side effect of caffeine, you can help to reduce the risk by making sure you take a diet pill that has a minimal amount of it and by reducing or eliminating all other forms of caffeine you ingest throughout the day. You're also less likely to be jittery if you don't have sensitivity to these stimulants. Also, it's always a good idea to assess your tolerance before you take the maximum dose of any dietary supplement.

garcinia cambogia is supposed to help with appetite suppression, too. That being said, I honestly think if you drink a full glass of water before you eat, this should help you be fuller faster, which could help you stick to smaller portion sizes at meals, especially if you eat slower.

I think 5-HTP is another one. Still, like all these other ingredients, no proof it works. I guess all you can really do is make sure you're not allergic to any of the ones you want to try and just give them a test. Maybe you'll get lucky and find something that works for you. Just be safe about it.
