I honestly think it's not going to do bad things to most people who take it in small doses for the short term, regardless if it does or doesn't actually help with appetite suppression or weight loss or whatever. Still, researchers are still not entirely clear on just how safe or effective it is.

Ugh. I really wish they would either pull this ingredient from the shelves until they do know anything about it, or, at the very least, make it so that companies can't make false claims about it. I'm so tired of all the false claims. They should never exist, but when it comes to making claims about something and getting someone's hopes up in regard to their weight or health, it just seems eve worse some how.
