Does anyone know how to go about getting your money back from a company that says that it has a money back guarantee, but that doesn’t answer any emails and doesn’t have a phone number?

If they're not responding to you, you might be able to have your credit card company investigate it. If you bought it on your credit card, they will give you some assistance. You should document the problem with them as early as possible because I think there is a certain amount of time that you have to wait before they will take action, in order to give the company the opportunity to redeem themselves.

check out the full return policy on the website and make sure that you are within its time limit and try every method of contact (mail, email, phone)

Have you had any luck with this so far. This type of thing can be very frustrating. I have had this problem in the past and have learned my lesson, too. It's nuts how careful you have to be when you shop online.

It doesn't hurt to be persistent, but at the same time, you should probably consider that money gone. You probably won't get it back, but if you do, you can just consider it a bonus. Good luck!

I have heard about hoodia being a bit of a scammy product but moreso with the fact that it claims to help you lose weight and then it doesn't. I am sorry this happened to you. I guess just keep trying.

I've heard the same thing about a lot of hoodia products. It's a shame that it's gone the way of the acai berry. Any of those companies that manufacture products with hyped ingredients that don't do anything should be avoided since they're only there to grab as much money as they can before they move on.

Get your credit card company behind you if you paid with that. They might at least refund your money if not help you pursue the "bad guys". I think they have some levels of protection.
