You might not notice anything at first or you might experience some unpleasant side effects that may or may not go away, such as stomach upset, loose stools, etc. It's important to take Alli as has been directed to reduce the chances of experience such unpleasant effects.

That said, if it does work for you, you should start noticing some weight loss.

I honestly don't think you'll notice much of a difference right away. I'd say give it at least two weeks (following a calorie controlled diet and exercise of course) before you really start to judge how well it's working for you. Like all diet pills (prescription or non) none of them are magic.
