Is it still safe to take Alli if you're on a low-fat diet? Will this help or hinder my progress?

It should be fine as long as you're eating some fat. You're not supposed to eat a high-fat diet when you taking Alli (because you'll never lose weight that way and eating too much fat can cause side effects too). You just need to make sure that when you take this pill that you take it with a meal containing fat, because that's how it works. If you take it and you haven't ingested any or enough fat, this can cause digestive upset, discomfort and problems.

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be following a low-fat diet while taking Alli. You do need to eat fat for the pill to work but you shouldn't be eating a lot of fat. Low fat is fine, fat free is the problem. That said, read the directions. It should tell you how much fat you should eat with a meal. If it doesn't and you're still concerned and need guidance, talk to your doctor.
