I know that Alli is supposed to block fat, but would it work even better if you combined it with a carb blocker?

Will it work well with a carb blocker?

That's a good question and one that I think is best answered by your doctor. I get why it would seem that combining both carb and fat blocking would seem beneficial, but that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen for your digestive system. Both of these types of pills can cause unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects. I would imagine combining them would increase this risk. It may also require you to alter your diet.

That's actually a really interesting question Tracy1976. I definitely wouldn't do it without first asking a healthcare professional, but maybe combining the two would work well for weight loss. After all, they do perform different functions if memory serves me correctly.

You should never combine two different products together, especially not without first consulting with your doctor. Doing so increases your risk of side effects and will throw off your body's natural balance, which can have a disastrous effect on your weight loss efforts. Instead of taking Alli with a carb blocker it would be more prudent to limit your intake of carbohydrates. If you don't over-eat carbs there would be no need for you to take a carb blocker in the first place. Make the smart and natural choice.
