I'm thinking of taking this one. It looks pretty good but I'm wondering what the side effects are. I don't think it has any stimulants, so I don't need to worry about sleep troubles, but are there other potential side effects of which I should be aware or concerned about?

Common side effects of Alli usually have to do with bowel function. Because this pills stops your body from absorbing certain fats, you might notice that your stool is oilier than normal or there may be brown or orange colored oil in your stool, and oil spotting may be on your underwear.

I've heard that it's pretty much gastrointestinal discomfort and lose stools. You can end up in the bathroom a lot with this diet pill. It's important to take it only when you eat a meal with fat in it to avoid the bulk of the unpleasant symptoms. There may also be other symptoms if the ingredients in Alli negatively interact with any other supplements or medications you are taking or if you have an allergy to one of the ingredients. I'd recommend talking to your doctor if side effects are one of your concerns.

Thanks for all of your opinions guys. I feel better knowing this. I also dislike it when I read up on a pill online and all that's said is "it's safe" or "no side-effects" that really annoys me because even if the side effects are minimal or the risk is low, the point is they still exist!
