  • Can you combine Alli with another diet pill?

I know that Alli is supposed to be a fat blocker, but what if i wanted appetite suppression, too. Can I combine another OTC pill that will offer me this benefit with Alli?

I don't think it's a good idea to combine two different supplements together. I think it would be better to take a product that provides you with both the benefits that you want. In fact, I think Proactol is both a fat binder (a type of fat blocker) and an appetite suppressant. Maybe think about about trying that. But if you really want to stick with Alli, ask your doctor if there is something else that you can safely combine it with.

I agree. Alli shouldn't be combined with other medications or supplements without first consulting with your doctor. You can't judge whether or not something is worth the risk until you know what the risks are.

I don't think you should. I think if you think that Alli isn't enough, then you might want to try finding another product that will give you better results. There are lots of other options out there. Maybe it's time to start exploring other possibilities.

Thanks for all your responses. I think I might look for another product, because I'm not really happy with this one. Does anyone have any suggestions?
