Is Alli still considered to be a drug even if it is not prescription?

Alli contains a drug. It's orlistat. The same stuff that is in xenical. Except that it contains a tiny amount of it. It’s not a prescription drug, though, because the amount of the drug that is in it is so tiny that it really isn’t enough to count, in my opinion.

Yes it is a drug, but it is non-prescription because it contains a smaller dose or Orlistat than the prescription variety.
