  • Can you eat high fiber foods if you take Alli?

Will eating high fiber foods be alright if I take Alli? I know that pretty much the side effects associated with Alli are digestive and bathroom related, so I was wondering if things like high fiber foods, like beans, are okay to eat. Will this cause problems?

Sure you can, I just wouldn't over do it. That said, make sure that when you take this pill that you are eating a bit of fat with your meals. If you have a super low-fat and no-fat diet, Alli might not be the pill for you.

I don't see why you can't. All the information you need to know should be with the pamphlet it comes with and on the official site.

That's kind of what I'm wondering. What would be considered overdoing it?

Find out how much fiber you need in a day and don't go beyond that. If you're really not sure how much you need, then ask your doctor and let him/ her know that you're taking Alli.
