I like the look of alli now that I’ve been reading about it but when you actually go to buy it, it is really not a cheap pill. For the amount I expect I’d neat to lose all the weight, I really don’t want to spend that much.

Are there any other otc diet pills that are based on orlistat, or is that the only one at the moment?

I think if you get something that is made out of garnicia cambogia because it helps to black an enzyme that allows fats to build up on your body. So if you use that instead of alli you might get better results since there is a lot of competition with that ingredient so it's cheaper

There are some pills that have white kidney bean extract that are supposed to be good for this sort of thing.

I don't personally think that fat blockers are the way to go. They don't actually lead to weight loss. That's all you. They just give you indigestion. You still need to change your eating habits for them to work.
