Is there really enough orlistat in alli to do anything, or is there just a tiny amount so that it can go on the label, but it does nothing?

It's getting some pretty good reviews. It's not nearly as strong as the prescription but it apparently does something (maybe placebo effect? dunno).

It has FDA approval. Doesn't that mean that it has to be at least a bit effective.
