Is there a really good exercise that works well with Alli so you can get the most benefits out of it? Also, is there any time of the day that doing this exercise would be best? I really want to lose weight as quickly (and reasonably as possible) and I think Alli combined with the right exercise could help me achieve my goal.

You cold also check to see if there are any diets recommended for people on Orlistat, which is the active ingredient in Alli.
