  • double up Alli?

If you just take twice the Alli, will you get the results like xenical?

This doesn’t sound like a good idea to me at all. I know that Alli has the same ingredient in it as Xenical, but it also has other things in its formula, too, so doubling the recommended dosage might lead to results that are unhealthy. Just because it’s over the counter, it doesn’t mean that it’s necessarily safe no matter what you do with it. Plus, if you want something as strong as Xenical, why don’t you talk to your doctor about actually getting that drug. If you can’t get it, there might be a reason for that, so you shouldn’t be taking medication that strong, anyway.

What else is in Alli other than orlistat? Is there anything that could actually cause any problems if it's doubled? If there isn't anything serious in it, you might be able to get away with it.

No way. Don't start messing with your doses outside of the instructions on the bottle. If you want to alter it, talk to your doctor, but you could end up really making yourself sick.
