Well, I don’t think it is the best way to burn fat by taking pills. I’d rather choose to go to gym or try some food diet. Taking pills may harm your health. That’s what I’m thinking.
I really think diet pills do have a time and place. I took phentramin D and lost 26 pounds in 3 months. I did eat healthier and was a more active, all part of my plan to get “healthier” but the phentramin d definitely helped me reach this goal, I could have not been AS successful if I was not taking it. (And I am still losing, have more to go). Could one lose the weight on their own? Absolutely, but what is wrong with getting a little help once in a while? Maybe certain fat burners may be harmful, that’s why you should consult with your doctor, BUT it’s also harmful to be obese. I agree with Jenny, I just started taking phenD and have already lost 6 pounds. And Pierre is right too. If a little pill can help stop people from stuffing their face full of fries and chips, I think the benefit is outweighing the risk. People eat candy bars, ice cream, and whole lot of other processed, fatty foods all the time. The pills in my opinion are not as dangerous as that stuff. Those foods will kill you. I do think that one should not rely on the pills, and that is where the problem is. You need to use the assistance that the pills give you to re-learn a new, healthier way of eating, so that when you stop taking them, you can keep up all your good habits and not fall back into old ways.
