Preparation:
Brown chops with olive oil in large skillet. Lightly spray a baking dish with Low-Fat cooking spray and add pork chops. Place a thin slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350F.
